Hello. IT Support , in Blockbit NGFW to access the administration interface via remote user, just enable and configure the user synchronization option via LDAP. This allows you to manage accesses centrally. The way to configure this integration is:
Settings > Administration > Settings: LDAP

Regarding administrative access via SSH, it can only be performed using the standard user, which has been configured in the system.
