Objective
Blockbit Forum is defined as a knowledge sharing center; a place to collaborate, share insights and experiences, and get answers to questions, located in https://forum.blockbit.com. Blockbit Technology LTDA. (Blockbit) provides this platform as a service to facilitate Blockbit Forum, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which can be updated from time to time at Blockbit discretion. The latest version of TOS can be reviewed through our Blockbit Forum (https://forum.blockbit.com). The Terms of Service govern the members of the Blockbit Forum, member organisations, affiliated organizations, authorized Blockbit partners and suppliers who access the Blockbit Forum website (collectively referred to as "Members").
Service Description
The Blockbit Forum website currently offers members access to a collection of features, including various communication tools, forums, multimedia content, file areas and personalized content through their online interface. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that complement or enhance the current service will also be subject to TOS. The Member is responsible for obtaining access to the Blockbit Forum, and such access may involve third party fees (as an Internet service provider or time-of-use charges). The Member shall be responsible for such fees. In addition, the Member must provide and be responsible for all the equipment needed to access the Blockbit Forum.
Registration Obligations
Member understands that registration is required to post content in Blockbit Forum. In view of the use of Blockbit Forum, the Member agrees to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about himself and his organization during registration and any other communication or material related to his identification and authorization as a registered user (this information being the "Record Data"), and agrees to maintain and update the Record Data to keep them true, current, accurate and complete. If the Member provides information that is false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if Blockbit has reasonable grounds to suspect that the information provided is false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, Blockbit has the right to suspend or terminate its account and deny any current or future use of Blockbit Forum, or any part thereof.
In addition, the Member understands that to keep you informed, Blockbit Forum will send email communications to the Member periodically, notifying you about Blockbit Forum updates, maintenance notifications, news and other events. The Member consents and agrees that receiving these emails may be part of the use of the Forum, and if they wish not to receive certain emails, they may choose not to receive them in accordance with the membership profile.
Member Information Privacy
You authorize the collection, use, protection and transfer of your information by Blockbit, as described here and in the Blockbit Privacy Policy. By registering and using the Blockbit Forum platform, the Member understands and expressly consents to the association of his "User Name/Screen Name" to any content he posts and that such information will be visible to visitors and users of the site. The Member may choose to share your account-specific information with other Members through the Blockbit Forum member directory. If a member does not want their information to be shared in the Member Directory, they may choose not to participate in this membership benefit through the member profile. The Member agrees not to use any member directory information for request purposes or other business purposes, and will only use the information to participate in the Blockbit Forum. If Blockbit determines that a Member is using the Member Directory for request or other impermissible purposes, your account will be terminated and may be subject to legal action. You cannot transfer your accounts to someone else or register an account on behalf of someone else. Minors are not allowed to register an account, even if parents, legal guardians or other authorized adult have authorized such a minor to do so. If you do not want your email address or other personal information to be visible to other users, do not use this information as your username.
Member Account, Password and Security
The Member will receive a username and password as part of the Blockbit Forum registration process. The Member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and is responsible for all activities that occur under such password or account. Member agrees to notify Blockbit immediately Forum or its representatives on any unauthorized use of the Member's password or account or any other security breach. The Member shall ensure that you log out your account at the end of each session. Blockbit Forum and its representatives will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the Member's failure to comply with this Section.
