Hello community, I would like to report a problem that is happening on my BB network, follows the attached image.

This error indicates that the GO-Global client could not connect to the remote server on port 491.

I recommend checking:

If the chestnut domain. begcloud. with is solving correctly (ping or nslookup).
If there's a lock on port 491 in the firewall or proxy.
Validate whether there is a TCP/491 release rule and if there is no Web Filter or IPS lock.

If possible, also confirm that the remote server is accessible from another network to discard unavailability at destination.
