Could you provide more information? By which IP do you perform the access — is it via DDNS or static IP?
In router mode, it is really necessary to forward the packages through a DMZ to the firewall. Already in bridge mode, traffic should flow normally as long as packages are correctly arriving at the Blockbit WAN interface.
You can confirm this by running the command via CLI:
tcpdump -i any port 9443 -nn
So, you check for connection attempts coming to the firewall.
In addition, if the goal is to authenticate via PPPoE, the most indicated is to configure the dial directly on Blockbit using a DSL interface.
Thus, the firewall begins to establish the PPPoE connection with the provider, eliminating the need to keep the modem in bridge mode or intermediate router, as well as receiving the public IP directly on the WAN interface.
