From version 2.5.0 the command has been entered admin-recovery, the admin-recovery command allows you to reset the main SSH admin password securely, require external validation (Blockbit Support) to ensure the integrity of the process.
Prerequisites:
Physical access to the firewall or via SSH with the user recovery.
Validation of recovery code by Blockbit Support.
Procedure:
Access the firewall with the recovery user:
ssh recovery@<IP_DO_FIREWALL>
Senha: recovery
Execute command:
recovery > admin-recovery
The system will display a Verification Code:

Copy this code and send it to Blockbit Support
After receiving Validation Code, enter it in the prompt:
Enter the received Validation Code:
Then create a new password:
Enter new password for admin:
Re-enter new password for admin:
If the process is completed, the message will be displayed:
[SUCCESS] Password changed for admin user!
Quit user recovery:
recovery > exit
