Boa tarde, tenho acesso ao equipamento, mas não tenho acesso ao GUI. Na verdade gostaria de resetar o BBX40 para configurações de fábrica. Como proceder?

If the equipment is in version 2.5, you can use the command recoveryto recover admin user password via CLI.

If you are not in version 2.5, you will need to format the equipment and install the latest version available on the link:

Step by step for formatting

Download the image available in the link above.
Prepare a pendrive (minimum 8 GB) using Rufus, recording ISO in a bootable way.
Insert the flash drive into the USB port of the equipment.
Restart appliance and press "DEL" to access BIOS.
Change the boot order to start with the flash drive.
Start the installation. The equipment will copy the files and shut down automatically.
When off, remove the flash drive and turn the equipment back on.
Wait until the login screen appears.
