You've come to the right place! We are always busy working hard to make Blockbit Plataform even better, so there are limits to the help we can provide. Specifically:
Support is provided to users who wish to help test Blockbit and report problems responsibly.
Support is provided by Blockbit Forum, so immediate response is not guaranteed. It may take a few hours or a few days before someone with the right knowledge sees your problem and responds.
If you need urgent assistance contact the Support team.
If you qualify, feel free to post about your problem. Be sure to provide all the requested information. And remember, the team here always has a lot to do, so please be patient!
Make Your Ear
You want to start a new discussion? First, make sure you read our product manual and follow the links to fully inform the platform. Then spend time browsing the forum, familiarize yourself with the tag system, and do some search for keywords related to your topic: maybe someone has already started a discussion about this!
When you are sure you are ready to start a discussion, please keep in mind the following points:
- Give me a good title! You will have the best results if your title makes it clear what you want to talk about.
- Choose the right tag(s). This will increase the likelihood that your posting will be read and answered promptly.
- Do not repeatedly post on the same topic, as this will tend to have the opposite effect.
- Remember, you don't have to sign your posts. We have your profile to let us know who you are.
Please make an effort to help us keep things organized. Time spent fixing up is time we can spend helping community members.
Make Your Answer Tell
You are wasting time to participate in a discussion, hoping that others will read your ideas and take them into consideration. So why not strive to make your answer valuable?
- Don't just answer the title. Take some time to read the OP (original postage) and at least scan the rest of the conversation first.
- Ask yourself if your answer contributes to the discussion. If not, think a little more before posting.
- Avoid posting a word just to agree with someone; you can use the "Curt" link for that.
- Avoid doing multiple posts followed when one would suffice. This is a forum, not a chat room.
- If your answer will likely divert the discussion course, consider starting a new discussion.
- Make sure your responses provide constructive feedback and support to enable an inclusive community.
- It's okay.
Nobody's gonna complain about a joke or a smart comment. We like to keep the mood relaxed! However, to keep things productive, we ask you to avoid completely diverting a discussion.
Above all, be nice!
We're all here to talk about Blockbit and work together to make it an even better platform. Criticizing ideas (by reasoned arguments of course) is an important part of this. We also ask you to avoid the following:
- Offensive or abusive language, as well as any kind of hate speech
- Posts with the intention of harassing, passing by someone else or defaming others
- Unnecessary deletion of posted content
- Attempts to abuse or expose private information of other persons
- Obscene or explicitly sexual content
- Spam, phishing posts and any actions intended to disfigure this site
- Obfuscation of the true destination of a link, for example, using link shorteners
All the above situations are reasons for moderator action. If you have a problem with another member, we ask you not to confront him directly. Simply use the Reporting command in the post in question and let the team handle the situation.
Our moderators can edit or delete any content that is offensive or harmful to the communication flow. Serious or repeated offenses may result in the suspension of the infringing user account.
