Guys,

We are having trouble setting up automatic redirection to Captive Portal (when the user is not authenticated);
Usually in authenticated web policies, when the user tries to browse without being authenticated, it is automatically directed to the authentication page on port 9803;

Some UTMs are not having this redirection behavior.

This probably happens because there is no policy that gives match with the features of your request. In other words, beyond authentication web policies, it is always necessary to create one that does not need authentication at the end.

Once not authenticated as the firewall is first match wins it will match with your rule without authentication.

Icaro Rocha In the case where I have a general locking rule for unauthenticated users, it works for blocking, but still, it does not automatically redirect to the Captive Portal it should.

Could you help me with that?
