I'm having trouble connecting to the NGFW Blockbit SSL VPN with OpenVPN client and is presenting the error below:

OPTIONS ERROR: failed to negotiate cipher with server. Add the server's cipher ('AES-128-CBC') to --data-ciphers (currently 'AES-256-GCM:AES-128-GCM') if you want to connect to this server.
VPN Server SSL is a Blockbit NGFW 2.4.0 and OpenVPN GUI 2.6.0 client.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

This error occurs due to newer versions of OpenVPN requires a stronger encryption than those available in NGFW. To correct the problem, you need to install a HotFix (ID 1 Hotfix) to add the new encryption to the NGFW. After the HF application, you will need to change the encryption in the SSL VPN settings by changing to "AES-128-GCM"
