Hello, guys, I'm starting now in the blockbit world, I'd like some information, I was setting up a model UTM: BBX80, After changing the access port https from 98 to 10443 I can no longer access via WEB interface. What I can't do is reset the factory settings, because I still have access via console cable but I couldn't find any command for it, even by reading the entire manual.

It is likely that the changed port is not configured in the "Administrative" object linked to Zone Protection.

To solve this problem and regain access to the web interface, follow these steps:

1. Access via CLI:

Access Blockbit NGFW via CLI using the SSH service.
Use the fwrecovery command to temporarily release the web administration port, in your case port "10443".

2. Door configuration:

After accessing the web interface, browse the left side menu in "Settings >> Objects >> Addresses".
Locate the object under the name "Administration" and edit it.
In the "Door of Destiny" field, include door 10443.
- It's okay.

Configuration example:

After you edit and save the object, you can apply that you are already allowed permanent access through the new port.

This error can be shown when the Blockbit NGFW server has not yet performed the initial wizard configuration.

In this case you can access it with cable directly on the eth1 port by link: https://192.168.1.1:98.

Or if you haven't made many settings you can reset factory settings with the command rewizardand follow the previous step to access.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to reset or access the previous equipment yet, but I'm going to proceed with the tests.
