Hello Alexandre, if you are in version 2.4.1, you will need to install the HF 65.
This gives native support to loopback port forwarding connections.
With it installed, in your DNAT enable the option of "Port redirection in the same Network domains"
As there is a loopback on top of the connection it is also necessary to activate the SNAT option by Gateway Default for internal connections.
With these adjustments it will work correctly from any internal and external network.
