I'm not tracking the file for NGFW MIB downloads for use of zabbix traps.

In our template "Blockbit NGFW Template for SNMP" already contemplates the item for receiving the Traps:

To receive notifications via SNMP trap, you will have to enable the SNMP Trapper on the Zabbix server and configure NGFW Blockbit SNMP notifications.
